At this juncture of my ministry, perhaps one of the most fiery embers blazing in my heart today is to edify each member of the corporate Body to awaken to see who they are in Christ.

As I travel across the globe, I meet myriads of precious sheep who are living beneath their privileges, forfeiting their divine, God-given gifts and rights. I see them leaving their Kingdom responsibility into the hands of their spiritual leaders. However, there is an undeniable reality that they are called to dignity and greatness for such a time as this. A massive part of that greatness lies in the greater works! What do I mean by that?

"These stories I'm telling you are not designed for you to become a fan, but they're designed to inspire you to become participants for Jesus' glory and fame."

Jesus said in John 14:12-13, "Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in Me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in My name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son."

That's an exciting Scripture, because it opens our eyes to see that through the Holy Spirit we can do the same healings, the same miracles, the same signs and wonders that Jesus did in His earthly ministry! What's more, we can do even greater! There is not one competitive bone in Jesus. He actually wants us to go further than He did in His earthly ministry because He knows that miracles are for the great harvest of souls.

Believe in Him Whom He Has Sent

When Jesus was asked how do we do the works of the Father He replied the most simple revelation in John 6:29, "Jesus answered and said to them, "This is the work of God, that you should believe in Him whom He has sent."

If we are a Spirit-filled Believer that has been washed by the Blood of Jesus, all we have to do is believe in the Son of God.

Mark 16:17-18 says, "And these signs shall follow them that believe; in My name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; they shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover."

It's not our job to produce the results of healing the sick, it's only our job to believe in Jesus. The more we go and pray for the sick, those in need of miracles, and those tormented by evil spirits, the more God can trust us with increased healing power that will usher in the great last days harvest of souls as we steward His gifts for His glory and His fame alone!

God is moving upon our imaginations: The Bible says, "Now to the one who can do infinitely more than all we can ask or imagine according to the power that is working among us..." (Ephesians 3:20 ISV).

Becoming a Host of His Presence

When you imagine with God, it can catapult you into a place where you no longer pursue His presence but you become a host of His presence. You find a realm where nothing is impossible. That is why in revival meetings and churches, my wife Jennifer and I see God often do creative miracles in the glory without even touching them. (Photo via Unsplash)

People have received new eyes, new eardrums and new teeth without anyone touching them in the atmosphere of praise, worship and decree. We have seen God dissolve metal out of people's bodies, some that had been there for over 25 years. We have witnessed God grow limbs out, scars vanish, tumors disappear, doctor-verified miracles of new body parts with before and after x-rays as proof, and so much more. When these things happen in our midst, we see many come to receive Christ as Savior, including people from other religions and cults. Since 2000, God has sent my wife and me to 30 nations and we lived in Israel for the space of a year, seeing these amazing exploits done to bring glory to Jesus followed by salvations! Healing is my assignment! You can operate in this harvest glory too with your assignment for salvations!

It has been amazing lately how many people we are seeing healed even through threads on social networking, live streaming, and even cell phone calls when conducting meetings. I believe it will happen to you if you need healing even on this word you are reading!

[Can't You Talk Louder, God?]

Recently on a livestream I was doing, we saw a miracle. I called out a woman's name, condition of a car accident she had been in (this accident was in 1980s and caused whiplash in her neck), and exactly where it was hurting – all through a word of knowledge. I released the power of God over her through the live broadcast. She was on the live stream and said she felt fire touch her and was completely healed with no more pain from a 30-year-old ailment!

A Sweeping of Mighty Miracles

God can move though us with extraordinary miracles even when the ones we are praying for are not present. I was once in a meeting in Brazil, and I simply laid my hand on a picture a lady brought me of a man who had been in a coma for 8 months. He got up the minute I prayed over his picture and he called her cell totally healed by Jesus! Imagine that! These stories I'm telling you are not designed for you to become a fan, but they're designed to inspire you to become participants for Jesus' glory and fame.

"If we are a Spirit-filled Believer that has been washed by the Blood of Jesus, all we have to do is believe in the Son of God."

At this time, the Holy Spirit is bringing many people out of passive Christianity who have not even been aware of it. We will never arrive to a full Kingdom release of the supernatural Kingdom culture unless each Believer is subjected to some teaching, discipline and challenge, to awaken the Body from sleeping slumber, and go do the greater works.

The Bible has a lot to say about healing, and here are some Scriptures that I believe will increase your faith to go and heal the sick. I have included some Scriptures below that speak about the healing ministry of Jesus.

I. The Basis of Healing is Jesus' Work on the Cross

A. It is God's nature to heal as revealed through Jesus

"Jesus went about...healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people... They brought to Him all sick people who were afflicted with various diseases...and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics, and paralytics; and He healed them" (Mt. 4:23-24).

"Jesus went about all the cities...healing every sickness and every disease..." (Mt. 9:35).

"And great multitudes followed Him, and He healed them all" (Mt. 12:15). "The multitude sought...Him for power went out from Him and healed them all" (Lk. 6:19).

(See also Matthew 4:23-24; 8:16-17; 9:35; 10:8; 11:5-6; 12:15-17; 14:14, 34-36; 15:30-31; 19:1-2; 21:14; Mark 1:32-34, 39, 45; 3:10; 6:5-6; 6:53-57; Luke 4:40; 5:15; 6:17-19; 7:21-23; 9:1-2, 6; 10:1, 9, 19; John 2:23; 9:6-7; 11:43-45; 14:12.)

B. Jesus purchased our healing on the Cross. One reason He came was to destroy satan's works:

"They brought to Him many...He healed all who were sick, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah..."He took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses" (Mt. 8:16-17). "Jesus...went about doing good...healing all who were oppressed by the devil..." (Acts 10:38). "For this purpose the Son of God was manifested that He might destroy the works of the devil" (1 Jn. 3:8). (Photo via Unsplash)

II. The Power to Heal is Promised in the New Testament

A. Every Believer today can operate now in the healing anointing, in the name of Jesus:

"And as you go, preach, saying, 'The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand.' Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give" (Mt. 10:7-8).

"The seventy returned with joy, saying, 'Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.' He said to them, '... I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you'" (Lk. 10:9-19).

"These signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons... they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover..." (Mk. 16:17-18).

"Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father" (Jn. 14:12).

"Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him...The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up" (Jas. 5:14-15).

B. Believers healed the sick in the early Church (see Acts 2:43; 4:33; 5:12-16; 8:18; 9:38; 19:11-12).

"Through the hands of the apostles many signs and wonders were done among the people... so that they brought the sick out into the streets and laid them on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them. Also a multitude gathered from the surrounding cities to Jerusalem, bringing sick people and those who were tormented by unclean spirits, and they were all healed" (Acts 5:12-16).

"Philip went down to the city of Samaria and preached Christ to them... For unclean spirits, crying with a loud voice, came out of many who were possessed; and many who were paralyzed and lame were healed. And there was great joy in that city" (Acts 8:5-8).

"Now God worked unusual miracles by the hands of Paul, so that even handkerchiefs or aprons were brought from his body to the sick, and the diseases left them and the evil spirits went out of them... So the Word of the Lord grew mightily and prevailed" (Acts 19:11-20).Type your paragraph here.
